SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR RESEARCH PAPERS, RESEARCH INCUBATORS/IDEAS, SYMPOSIA AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

Join us either Online or in Orlando, Florida.   Review the typical structure/schedule of the conference.

All submissions need to be emailed to the Conference Chair (Dr Graeme Coetzer) at graeme.coetzer@sus.edu

1. All submissions must be original and may not be under concurrent consideration or accepted for presentation elsewhere. You may submit up to two papers and/or proposals.  This includes papers and proposals that are co-authored.

2. Guidelines by submission type:

   1. Research Paper - submit full or partially completed paper with abstract (approximately 100-200 words) and 3 keywords (30 page limit) - exclude author information from the paper which must include an abstract and key words - include the full author(s) information in the body of the email (first/last name, professional title/position, affiliation/institution, email) Note: if the submission is a student paper then please communicate that in the email submission

   2. Research Incubator (Idea) - submit 1-2 page description of the proposed research project with some information about the proposed research area, background, question(s), hypotheses, methodology etc. - click here if you would prefer to use a structured form and see an example

   3. Symposia - submit 1-2 page description of the symposium (e.g. panel discussion, sole presenter etc.)

Paper Submission Deadline:  Sept 30, 2026

Publication in Proceedings.  The research paper and research idea (incubator) abstracts and the descriptions of the symposia and workshops will be published in the conference proceedings and can be referenced within faculty and student academic performance records, and professional resumes.

 

Journal Publication within JBAM (Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management) – best papers and other papers considered ready for publication will be considered for publication within the affiliated journal (JBAM)
