SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR RESEARCH PAPERS, RESEARCH INCUBATORS/IDEAS, SYMPOSIA AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

All submissions must be original and may not be under concurrent consideration or accepted for presentation elsewhere. You may submit up to two papers and/or proposals. This includes papers and proposals that are co-authored.

Guidelines by submission type:

Research Paper - submit full paper with abstract and 3 keywords (30 page limit) to Dr Graeme Coetzer at graeme.coetzer@sus.edu - exclude author information from the paper which must include an abstract and key words - include the full author information in the body of the email (first/last name, professional title/position, affiliation/institution, email) Note: if the submission is a student paper then please ensure you communicate that in the email submission

Research Incubator (Idea) - submit 1-2 page description of the proposed research project with some information about the proposed research area, background, question(s), hypotheses, methodology etc., to Dr Graeme Coetzer at graeme.coetzer@sus.edu (click here if you would prefer to use a structured form and see an example)

Symposia - submit 1-2 page description of the symposium (e.g. panel discussion, sole presenter presentation and discussion etc.)

Professional Development Workshop - submit 1-2 page description of the proposed professional development workshop (click here if you would prefer to use a structured form and see an example)
