SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR RESEARCH PAPERS, RESEARCH INCUBATORS/IDEAS, SYMPOSIA AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

1. All submissions must be original and may not be under concurrent consideration or accepted for presentation elsewhere. You may submit up to two papers and/or proposals.  This includes papers and proposals that are co-authored.

2. Guidelines by submission type:

   1. Research Paper - submit full paper with abstract and 3 keywords (30 page limit) to Dr Graeme Coetzer at graeme.coetzer@sus.edu - exclude author information from the paper which must include an abstract and key words - include the full author information in the body of the email (first/last name, professional title/position, affiliation/institution, email) Note: if the submission is a student paper then please ensure you communicate that in the email submission

   2. Research Incubator (Idea) - submit 1-2 page description of the proposed research project with some information about the proposed research area, background, question(s), hypotheses, methodology etc., to Dr Graeme Coetzer at graeme.coetzer@sus.edu  (click here if you would prefer to use a structured form and see an example)

   3. Symposia - submit 1-2 page description of the symposium (e.g. panel discussion, sole presenter presentation and discussion etc.)
